The divine pastimes of Shri Radha Krishna that happen all the time in Their divine abode, Goloka. His divine associates have the privilege of organising these lilas and also participating in them. They happen constantly in the divine abode, and yet they cannot be witnessed by material senses. When Shri Radha Krishna descend on Earth and perform Their pastimes, then they are called prakata lila. Even material beings get to witness some of those lilas.
