There are one hundred and one veins that merge from the heart. Only one of them goes to the moordha. Jiva lives in the heart. When a mahapurusha leaves the body, he goes out of the sushumna naadi that leads to brahm-randhra. The mahapurusha rides the sun rays to cross the brahmanda and goes to the abode of God. Only a mahapurusha leaves from the moordha. Others, according to their karma, leave the body via the eyes, nose, and so on.
