Devanagari: दहर विद्या ISO15919: dahara vidyā
An Upanishadic teaching that reveals the Supreme Reality (Brahm) as residing in the subtle, inner space of the heart (dahar-akasha). Though it is called small, this inner space is infinite. Realisation is attained through inner contemplation and meditation.
