Devanagari: क्षीरोदशायी महाविष्णु ISO15919: kṣīrodaśāyī mahāviṣṇu

One of the three forms of Mahavishnu who emanates from Garbhodashayi Mahavishnu. He reclines on the Sheshnaga in the Kshirasagara (Ocean of Milk) which is why He is called Kshirodashayi. He resides in the heart of each individual soul, jiva. He notes every thought in each moment of the innumerable souls and rewards the results.
