A divine dance in which only Shri Radha Krishna and the gopis of samartha rati level of divine love participate. These supremely selfless gopis dance in a circle and Shri Radha Krishna dance in the centre of it. The nectar of love rains at that time drenching them in hue of bliss of divine love.

Shri Radha is the only Supreme Goddess of raas lila, often referred to simply as raas. Shri Krishna places His crown at the lotus feet of Shri Radha to seek permission for the commencement of this divine pastime. The dance is based on purely classical Indian music, and the excellence of the actions, facial expressions, rhythm and melodies etc. are divinely spectacular. The goal of those deserving gopis is to exclusively please Shri Radha Krishna. The happiness of Shri Radha Krishna is their happiness; they do not desire their own happiness even in their dreams.
