Tattvajnana is needed to enter the path of bhakti and it is needed to progress on it too. Providing clarity to further strengthen your tattvajnana is the primary aim. With repeated contemplation of the acquired knowledge, tattvajnana solidifies.
Tattvajnana and material desires have an inverse relationship. As tattvajnana increases, the desire to acquire material objects decreases. As bhakti increases, tattvajnana decreases the desire to acquire material objects.
