Vastavik lila (Devanagari: वास्तविक लीला; ISO 15919: vāstavika līlā) refers to the real or transcendental pastimes of God. These are the spontaneous activities performed in the divine abode of Braja, solely to reciprocate the pure love of His devotees. In this divine realm, the strictures of Vedic injunctions and worldly social conventions do not apply.
