The following eight supernatural powers always stay in the service of God and God-realised Saints: anima - to become tinier than the tiniest particle, laghima - to become lighter than cotton, mahima - to become heavier than a mountain, prapti - to procure anything from anywhere in the entire universe, ishittva - to make the impossible, possible within the material world, vashittva - to control anything and anyone in the world, prakamya to fulfil all material desires and kamavasayita - to fulfil resolutions instantaneously. To a limited extent, these siddhis can be attained by accomplished yogis as well.
