When the entity is non-different from objects of a different nature to its own it is called vijatiya bhed shunya. Jiva and maya shakti are not Godly. So their nature is different from Shri Krishna’s. However, jiva shakti and maya shakti are powers of Shri Krishna; therefore, He is non-different from them. That is why Shri Krishna is vijatiya bhed shunya.
